“Anthony Joshua Sets Sights On Explosive 2026 World Title Comeback, Fury Showdown”.

Joshua is currently working his way back after a difficult period that saw him suffer defeat to Daniel Dubois and survive a serious car accident in Nigeria. Speaking to BoxingScene, Hearn said the former two-time heavyweight champion has returned to camp with fresh motivation and clear goals.
According to reports, Joshua is scheduled to face Kristian Prenga in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on July 25, with a highly anticipated clash against Tyson Fury potentially lined up later in the year.
Hearn said Joshua’s ultimate ambition remains regaining his place at the top of the heavyweight division.
“His endgame is to win the world heavyweight championship again,” Hearn stated.
He explained that Joshua’s immediate focus is on overcoming the challenges directly ahead, starting with Prenga before any mega-fight plans can fully materialise.
“But definitely there are a couple of things that he wants to do. He wants to beat Tyson Fury and he wants to win the world heavyweight championship again. So our plan right now is the plan that we can see that’s in front of us, which is Prenga and Tyson Fury.
“We’ve got to win those two fights. If he wins those two fights, he can walk into any fight, any championship that he wants. But we’ve got to win those fights,” Hearn said.
The promoter added that Joshua has shown impressive hunger and dedication in training camp, particularly in sparring and preparation, but stressed that the real challenge will only come when he steps back into the ring.
“Everything that we’re seeing at the moment, his desire, his sparring, his training, looks great,” Hearn noted. “But until you get in there, that’s when you’ve got to process everything that’s happened in your life and perform.
“I know everyone just presumes he’s going to walk in and smash Prenga to pieces, but I’ll be very pleased if he does, because there’s a lot of pressure going into this fight. Not just what’s coming after, but what he’s been through as well. And it’ll be a very emotional night.”

News reports that Ogunmola, during an interview with content creator Joseph Onaolapo, popularly known as Jay On-Air, said some producers attempted to typecast her in “side chick” roles.
According to her, she was often boxed in because of her complexion and body type, especially during a period when light-skinned actresses were more prominently favoured in the industry.
She said, “It was almost like they wanted to put me in a box. I am dark-skinned. There was a time when light-skinned people were reigning, and they told me I was very curvy and tried to limit me to ‘side chick’ roles. My journey has been crazy, but I have just kept at it.”
The actress also appreciated filmmaker Biodun Stephen for her mentorship, describing her as a key influence in her growth within the industry.
She noted, “Before you lead, serve. A lot of the things I learnt were from other producers. Biodun Stephen was my first teacher when it comes to movie production. Every time I am on set, I am watching her.”
Ogunmola further revealed that she ventured into business early in life, explaining that she preferred entrepreneurship over a conventional 9–5 job.
She said, “I just wanted my life to have meaning at that time. I am not somebody who likes to sit at home; I wanted to do something. I never wanted to do 9–5. I will not do 9–5, it’s not just me. Shoutout to people who do it, I applaud you. But for me, I am business-savvy like that.”
She emphasised the importance of financial discipline and having multiple sources of income, warning that success in the entertainment industry can be temporary.
According to her, “Life is in phases. You are popular today, you may not be tomorrow. What are you doing to put food on the table? You should be investing, positioning yourself from now. I have always been that kind of person, so I always have something else I am doing.”

News reports that Chike has remained a trending topic following widespread controversy surrounding claims of a romantic relationship with Sandra, which allegedly contributed to the breakdown of Edoho’s marriage.
The controversy was further fueled by a series of leaked audio recordings in which Sandra was heard discussing her marital issues with Edoho and addressing concerns about the alleged relationship with Chike.
Facing heavy criticism online, the singer took to his X (formerly Twitter) account with a cryptic message, asking for sympathy.

Meanwhile, Frank Edoho has also shared his account of the situation surrounding the collapse of his marriage.
In a viral audio recording circulating online, Edoho alleged that the marital crisis began after he discovered that his estranged wife was involved with another man.
He claimed the situation escalated after he confronted the individual allegedly involved, questioning him about the nature of the relationship.
Edoho further alleged that he had access to evidence, including messages and recordings, relating to the controversy. He added that he initially hoped the situation would resolve amicably so his marriage could be saved.
The television host stated that despite several attempts to repair the relationship, the marriage eventually broke down irretrievably.

In an interview with BBC, Efe said he deeply admires the singer but feels their connection has not been mutual.
Naija News reports that he noted he respects Wizkid’s music, creativity, style, and overall sound, describing him as a major influence on his craft.
However, Carter Efe said his main concern lies with Wizkid’s personality, insisting that while he has shown love and support to the singer, he has not received the same level of acknowledgment in return.
He said: “My relationship with him? I love Wizkid. I won’t lie. I love Wizkid. I love his craft, man. But I have issues with his personality. I showed that guy love, he didn’t show me love. But I still love his music and style.”
His comments come amid renewed discussions about his viral 2022 song “Machala,” which was dedicated to Wizkid.
Efe had previously explained that the track was created out of genuine admiration for the singer and was not initially driven by financial or fame considerations.
Despite the song’s massive popularity, Wizkid has not publicly acknowledged Carter Efe or the track in any official capacity.
