Seyi Tinubu Reacts As ChiefPriest Loses APC Primary In Shock Defeat.
Seyi Tinubu, son of President Bola Tinubu, has sent a message of encouragement to celebrity businessman and socialite Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Chiefpriest, following his defeat in the All Progressives Congress (APC) House of Representatives primary election.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
reports that Chiefpriest contested the APC ticket for the Orsu/Orlu/Oru East Federal Constituency of Imo State ahead of the 2027 general elections.
He, however, lost to the incumbent lawmaker representing the constituency, Canice Nwachukwu, after polling 14 votes in the primary.
Reacting to the outcome, Seyi Tinubu shared an encouraging note to the nightlife promoter via his Instagram page on Sunday, which was later reposted by Chiefpriest.
“Bro, sometimes by losing a battle, you find a new way to win the war. Keep your head up @cubana_chiefpriest. We know what you are capable of achieving,” Seyi wrote.
The APC aspirant had earlier reacted in a circulating video, saying he had no regrets about contesting.
“I’m a hustler, and I didn’t regret trying to contest for a position. My only regret was trusting the elders in the community.
“I know how much I gave them, but only 14 people voted for me in the primary,” he said.
