Reports indicate that this edition’s selection process will be conducted physically in selected cities across Nigeria.
Details posted by the organisers on Instagram revealed that registration for aspiring contestants will open from May 16 to May 20.
Only applicants who successfully register within that window will qualify for the audition stage.
The organisers also made it clear that participation in the audition process is completely free.
Applicants must, however, be at least 21 years old and present a valid means of identification to be eligible.
They further warned that available slots are limited, meaning the registration portal could shut down earlier than scheduled once the maximum number of entries is reached.
Successful applicants will receive confirmation emails after registration and will proceed to physical auditions slated for May 22 to May 24 in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu.
The decision to return to physical auditions signals a revival of the show’s original format used in its early years, following several seasons of online and hybrid audition systems that broadened access for contestants nationwide.
The previous season was won by Opeyemi Ayanwale, popularly known as Imisi, who clinched victory on October 5, 2025, after outshining 28 other housemates to secure the ₦150 million grand prize.

Reports indicate that during a livestream session, Carter Efe urged fans to stop mentioning Chike’s name in his comment section, saying the ongoing allegations have caused him emotional distress.
He claimed the stories making the rounds about the singer have affected his mental state and even changed his perception of relationships and marriage.
