Kwankwasiyya Declares Support For NDC Southern Presidential Rotation Ahead Of 2027.

reports that the National Coordinator of the movement, Habeeb Saleh, made this known on Monday during an interview on Arise Television.
Saleh explained that the zoning arrangement reflects the party’s commitment to a united Nigeria and is intended to strengthen stability, trust, and mutual understanding among citizens.
He said, “Zoning the NDC presidency to the South is a product of believing in one Nigeria. But the reality before us is that decisions are taken that will naturally stabilize the entirety of the Nigerians.
“That decision has to be such that it will bring in trust and mutual understanding within ourselves.”
He further stated that Nigerians should have confidence in the NDC and its members to always prioritise national interest above personal or regional considerations.
“Justification of actually zoning this presidency to the South, the NDC believes that all Nigerians need to be on the same page,” he said.
“They also need to have confidence that the party and all actors within it are people who have the Nigerian interest at heart.”
