Blaqbonez disclosed this during a recent interview on The Zeze Millz Show, where he spoke about his admiration for Burna Boy and the possibility of working with the Afrobeats star.

According to the rapper, a collaboration with Burna Boy would produce an impressive musical outcome, adding that the singer’s energy had influenced his own approach to music this year.

Blaqbonez also recounted an encounter with Burna Boy at a nightclub last year, during which he asked when they would finally work together on a joint project.

However, Burna Boy’s response suggested that he believed Blaqbonez was not making enough effort to bring the collaboration to fruition.

Recalling the exchange, Blaqbonez said, “I would love to collab with Burna Boy, that would be really fire. I can imagine it, it would just be super crazy. You know what is crazy? The energy I am on this year, a lot of it was inspired by him.

“When I met Burna Boy in the club last year, I asked him, ‘Haffa, when are we doing our joint project?’ and he replied, ‘Na you no serious na.’”

In a related development, singer Young Jonn recently rejected Blaqbonez’s offer to collaborate after revisiting an old social media post in which the rapper reportedly preferred DJ Coublon over him.

The exchange began after Young Jonn, a former music producer who transitioned into singing, posted about his desire to have five close friends who could move together as a group.

“I need like 5 bad friends way we go dey move in bulk!” Young Jonn wrote.

Blaqbonez subsequently expressed interest in joining the group, replying, “Oya, make we dey together, sing as one.”

“It Looks Like A Scripted Story” – Zlatan Opens Up On His Marriage To Davita.

Nigerian singer and rapper Omoniyi Raphael, popularly known as Zlatan, has shared the story of how he met his wife, Davita Lamai, describing their relationship as one that appears to have been divinely orchestrated.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Reports indicate that the founder of Zanku Records and Davita held their traditional wedding ceremony in Oniru, Lagos State, on Saturday, October 24, 2026.

The event attracted several celebrities and entertainment industry figures, including Davido, Kwam 1, Enioluwa Adeoluwa, Teni, Soso Soberekon, Abu Abel, Seyi Vodi, Small Doctor, Bella Shmurda and 9ice.

Zlatan, 31, and Davita are already parents to two sons, Shiloh and Benaiah.

Speaking in an interview on his YouTube channel, the rapper revealed that he met Davita during his first trip to London, when he was trying to establish himself in the music industry.

He explained that he was unfamiliar with the city at the time and knew little about how its banking system operated.

According to him, he later connected with someone who wanted to discuss music and collaborate with Davita. That encounter eventually led him to approach her and request her phone number, expressing his desire to see her again.

However, Davita told him she needed to consult the person she had arrived with before making a decision.

Recounting the experience, Zlatan said: “On my first trip to London, I really didn’t know anyone and didn’t know how the banking system over there worked. I linked up with someone else who wanted to talk about music and work with Davita. And then, after I was like, ‘Hello, can I take your number?’ I was like, ‘Can you come back and let’s see, you know?’

“She was like, ‘Oh, she needs to ask the person that she came with.’ So, I was like, for this person to say she needs to… So, we started; it was more like God… I was like, ‘This is another person.’ She had a small car then, which she was helping me with.”

The singer further explained that Davita became an important source of support during his early days in London, helping him with transportation and exchanging money for him.

He said their bond developed naturally, adding that his focus at the time was more on his personal journey and basic needs than on pursuing romantic relationships.

Zlatan described their relationship as part of a series of unexpected events that had shaped his life and career, which he believes were guided by God.

He noted that several major turning points in his life had unfolded in ways he never anticipated, including winning a car at the age of 19 and eventually pursuing a successful career in music despite not initially expecting to follow that path.

Reflecting on how everything had fallen into place, the rapper said his life appeared to have been scripted, suggesting that his meeting with Davita was another example of how events had worked out in his favour.

He added that, despite the uncertainties he faced along the way, he believed things had consistently worked out for him.

‘You Girls Are Not Taking Your Jobs Seriously!’ Phyna Blasts Nigerian Hookup Girls Over Appearance.

Former Big Brother Naija winner Phyna has criticised Nigerian hookup girls over what she described as their lack of effort in their appearance compared to women in the same industry in other countries.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

In a video circulating online, the reality TV star recounted her recent visit to Kenya, where she observed that women involved in the adult lifestyle industry paid greater attention to their clothing, makeup and overall presentation.

Appealing to Nigerian hookup girls to improve their appearance, Phyna said they were not taking their work seriously enough.

“I want to beg our hookup girls. I’m on my knees. You girls are not even taking this your job serious,” she said.

Phyna specifically mentioned areas around Orchid Road and Farm City in Lagos, claiming that some women barely make an effort to dress up before going out to meet clients.

According to her, some of them wear casual outfits and slippers without bothering to apply makeup or lip gloss.

“You just wear clothes as if you are going to buy a recharge card. They are wearing slippers. They’re wearing just one kind gown like that. No makeup, no lip gloss,” she complained.

The reality TV star also questioned why some hookup girls reportedly become upset when clients offer them low amounts, despite what she described as their lack of effort in preparing their appearance.

She urged them to pay more attention to their looks by dressing attractively, wearing heels and applying makeup before going out.

Phyna further encouraged the women to improve their overall presentation, suggesting that simple additions such as coordinated lip makeup and appropriate footwear could make a difference.

“At least, try and do lip combo. People just wear the wig, wear your clothes like that, wear bedroom slippers and stand on the road,” she added.

Comparing her observations in Kenya with what she had seen in Nigeria, Phyna maintained that the women she encountered abroad appeared more deliberate about their appearance.

She urged their Nigerian counterparts to put more effort into their dressing and presentation.
