Troops of Operation Fansan Yamma have arrested a suspected terrorist collaborator in Kachia Local Government Area of Kaduna State.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Security sources said the arrest followed credible intelligence on the activities of an alleged informant in the Banikawa 1 area.

Acting on the tip-off, troops of Sector 1 moved in swiftly and apprehended the suspect.

During preliminary interrogation, the suspect reportedly confessed to participating in several terrorist-related activities, including the December 2024 attack on the Forward Operating Base in Maro and the recent abduction of a Catholic priest in Kagarko LGA.

He was also said to have admitted to providing food and logistical support to terrorist groups in their camps.

The suspect is currently in custody as investigations continue, with further actions expected from authorities.
