Former middleweight champion Israel Adesanya has vowed to continue fighting despite suffering his fourth consecutive defeat at UFC Fight Night 271 in Seattle on March 29.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Adesanya was stopped in the second round by rising American contender Joe Pyfer, who secured a technical knockout at 4:18 after a dominant ground-and-pound finish.

The Nigerian-born fighter, entering with a 24-5 record, started strong, controlling distance and landing counters in the first round. Pyfer, however, absorbed the pressure, landed heavy shots, and executed a crucial takedown that turned the tide.

In Round 2, Pyfer pinned Adesanya against the cage, took him to the canvas, advanced to full mount, and unleashed sustained strikes until referee Herb Dean stopped the fight.

A viral post-fight clip showed Adesanya defiant despite the setback. He declared:

“I will keep going again and again and again and again. I’m not f***ing leaving. You can’t stop me. I might get beaten, but I’d always remain undefeated.”

The defeat adds to the uncertainty surrounding the 36-year-old’s future in the UFC middleweight division, following previous losses to Sean Strickland, Dricus du Plessis, and Nassourdine Imavov in February 2025.

Pyfer, on the other hand, extended his winning streak to four fights, cementing his status as a rising contender. He reflected on the victory, saying, “I just have this mentality where I don’t care; I’m going to search and destroy.”

Adesanya, undeterred, reaffirmed his determination: “I’m just going to keep going and going and going.”
