‘You’ve Disrespected Me Enough’ – Heated Clash Between Natasha And Colleague During Budget Defense [VIDEO].
Tension erupted in the Nigerian Senate as Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan (Kogi Central) clashed with Senator Patrick Ndubueze (Imo North) during the Ministry of Steel’s budget defence.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Ndubueze, who serves as Chairman of the Senate Committee on Steel Development, reportedly prevented Akpoti-Uduaghan from asking what she described as crucial questions during an interactive session with the Minister of Steel Development, Shuaibu Abubakar Audu.
Senator Natasha sought permission to speak, but Ndubueze denied her the chance and struck the gavel. Reacting, she accused him of disrespect and noted that the committee had not been given sufficient time to engage the minister.
“I have something to say. Please, will you mind if I do so?” Akpoti-Uduaghan asked.
“Distinguished, please let’s call it a day,” Ndubueze replied.
As she attempted to engage the minister again, he struck the gavel once more.
“Mr Chairman, please don’t hit the gavel. I still have something to say, and I think you should respect me enough,” she pleaded.
Ndubueze responded while striking the gavel again: “I have given you respect. Mr Minister, your time is up. Thank you.”
“That is fine. You have disrespected me more than enough. You can’t do this to me. I have something very vital to ask the minister, and it doesn’t matter if I have spoken once or twice. This is an interactive session, and you agree that we have not met with the minister enough. Only God knows when next we’re going to meet with him as a committee,” Akpoti-Uduaghan retorted.

Gbenjo’s warning comes amid growing controversy surrounding the late singer’s death and burial arrangements, with reports of disagreements among members of his family.
The gospel singer spoke on Tuesday during a night of tributes held in honour of Toluwanisings in Ibadan, Oyo State. He warned against allowing the situation to degenerate into a controversy similar to the one that followed the death of Nigerian singer Mohbad.
Describing the deceased as a devoted Christian and a genuine servant of God, Gbenjo said Toluwanisings was passionate about his faith and had a good relationship with people.
He urged the public to stop fuelling unnecessary controversy over the late singer’s death, particularly through social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
“You can never see Toluwani in the midst of jobless people. He had a good heart. He was a friend to everybody. He served the Lord with all his heart. Don’t turn Toluwani into Mohbad. That madness on TikTok and Instagram must stop. If you are jobless, go and look for a job,” Gbenjo said.
Meanwhile, comedians Ayobami Ajewole, popularly known as Woli Agba, and Olamide Oladimeji, also known as Dele Omo Woli, have threatened legal action against individuals allegedly linking them to Toluwanisings’ death.
Woli Agba disclosed this in a public notice shared on his Instagram page on Sunday.
In the notice issued by their solicitors, Gemgold, the comedians warned members of the public against publishing or circulating allegations they described as false and defamatory against them.
The legal notice maintained that the allegations were baseless and intended to damage the reputations of the two entertainers.
