In an interview with media personality Ifedayo Agoro, the mother of one revealed that she was once mocked online over her teeth. The trolling happened during her first wedding anniversary photo shoot, when critics complained about her frequent laughter and described her dentition as “bad.”
Blessing explained that the criticism motivated her to improve her smile, and she now feels confident about it. She acknowledged that the online mockery, in a way, contributed to the smile she proudly has today.
The actress also addressed misconceptions about working with her husband, fellow actor Stan Nze. Many people assume that since they are married, it’s all fun on set and that she doesn’t have to pay him. Blessing clarified that this is not true, noting that her husband is paid like any other professional in the industry.
She added that their marriage has always been rooted in mutual support and teamwork, and she has no qualms about spending on her husband when needed.
Reflecting on the trolling and her relationship, Blessing said:
“They showed me during my first anniversary. They said I should stop laughing, that my dentition is bad. Now my teeth are fine. It’s trolling that helped me get this fine smile. Sometimes people say, ‘You’re enjoying, you don’t need to pay your husband.’ That’s not true. He collects his money. From the beginning, we’ve always known it’s me and him against the world. I can spend on him.”
