Sharing screenshots on her Snapchat page, Larissa revealed a series of abusive comments sent by critics. Some accused her of promiscuity, alleged involvement in group sex, relationships with married men, and betraying friends by dating their partners. Others mocked her age, claiming she was dishonest about it and hurling insults at her.

Reacting to the attacks, Larissa made it clear that the comments have little to no effect on her. She said the trolls push harder precisely because they realise she is unbothered by their words.

According to her, she is focused on celebrating her children’s milestones and feeling good about herself, leaving no room for anger or negativity. She also disclosed that she has intensified blocking offenders, noting that her block list continues to grow after years of persistent trolling.

She wrote:
“Lmao! I don’t actually care about the hate/trolls; they know I don’t care for them, that’s why they go so hard trying to get me to care. Meanwhile, I’m here celebrating my kids’ milestones and getting finer. I could never be mad. My block list is about to be very long because I’m telling you guys this has been happening for years.”

Larissa welcomed a baby boy with Davido in 2020, at a time when the singer was still in a relationship with his now wife, Chioma. After DNA tests confirmed Davido as the father, he did not publicly acknowledge the child for almost two years.

In 2022, Davido later confirmed he had another son living in London and spoke proudly about all his children. He was subsequently seen publicly with the boy at a church service hosted by Pastor Tobi Adegboyega and later at a birthday celebration in London, signalling an improved relationship.

In 2025, Larissa and her son attended Davido’s sold-out concert at London’s O2 Arena, an experience she excitedly shared online. She had also praised the singer on Father’s Day in 2023, posting photos of him spending time with their son and commending him for being a good father.
