• • Border Communities Development Agency (BCDA): Abdulrazak Sa’ad Namdas has been appointed as the new Director General, succeeding Dr. Dakorinama Alabo George, who resigned to run for an elective office. Namdas is a former House of Representatives member from Adamawa State, a former spokesperson for the 8th House, a former Chief Press Secretary to Governor Boni Haruna, and has a background in journalism and public relations.

  • Niger Delta Power Holding Company (NDPHC):

    • Hon. Patrick Obahiagbon has been named the Executive Director of Strategy & Commercial, replacing Engineer Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama, who resigned to pursue political aspirations. Obahiagbon previously served in both the National Assembly and the Edo State House of Assembly.

On Friday, a fire broke out at a building on Biola Street in the Alapere area of Ketu, Lagos State, causing widespread panic among local business owners and residents.
