Don’t Mention My Child Again – Tiwa Savage Draws The Line.
According to Nivo News, Afrobeats s.tar Tiwa Savage has issued a stern warning to a popular social media influencer known as Dami Foreign, cautioning him against making further comments involving her son, Jamil Balogun.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
The warning followed a recent post by the influencer in which he mentioned the singer’s child, a move that immediately drew a public response from Tiwa Savage. The award-winning artiste made it clear that while she has endured online criticism in the past, bringing her child into public discourse crossed a line she would not tolerate.
Tiwa Savage disclosed that the influencer has repeatedly targeted her over the years, making disparaging remarks about her career and personal life. She noted that she has largely ignored such attacks, but said the repeated references to her son were unacceptable.
Describing the influencer’s conduct as an unhealthy fixation, the singer warned that any further attempt to involve her child would escalate beyond social media platforms. She stressed that previous online agendas aimed at undermining her had failed to provoke a response, but interference involving her family would not be overlooked.
Her comments have since sparked widespread reactions online, reigniting conversations around boundaries, online harassment, and the protection of children from social media controversies.

“You’re Making A Nuisance Of Yourself!” – Zlatan Blasts Fans Over Stupid Celebrity Behaviour.
Nigerian rapper Zlatan Ibile has criticized fans who go overboard when they encounter celebrities, urging them not to lose their sense of self because of fame.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
The singer shared his opinion in a social media post on Tuesday evening while reacting to the way some people behave when they meet famous personalities.
Zlatan said he sometimes wishes such individuals had a celebrity within their families, believing that this would help them understand that celebrities are ordinary people and that life extends beyond meeting or associating with famous figures.
The father of two, however, said he does not entirely blame those who behave in such a manner, noting that their actions could be influenced by their perception of celebrity status.
He further encouraged people to look beyond fame and avoid engaging in behaviour that could turn them into objects of ridicule on social media.
Zlatan wrote: “The way some of y’all look stupid in front of celebrities, I always wish y’all had one in your family. Maybe then you’d understand… Still, I can’t blame some of y’all.

“I Can’t Date Nollywood Actresses” – Hanks Anuku Reveals His Reason.
Veteran Nollywood actor Hanks Anuku has revealed that he would rather date someone outside the Nigerian movie industry than pursue a romantic relationship with a Nollywood actress.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Anuku made this known while speaking on the Honest Bunch Podcast, where he discussed his reservations about relationships within the entertainment industry.
The actor said he had become uncomfortable with some of the lifestyle and activities associated with the industry, making him reluctant to date anyone working in the sector.
According to Anuku, the prevalence of flirtation and the changing process through which some people gain entry into Nollywood have made it difficult for him to determine who he can trust when choosing a partner.
The veteran actor also expressed concerns about how individuals now secure opportunities in the movie industry.
He recalled that actors in his early years had to undergo certain screening processes before gaining recognition, but said the situation has changed, with some people now getting opportunities through personal connections with producers.
“I’m not going to go out with anyone in the industry; I would rather go look for a stranger somewhere else. There are certain things in that industry. The flirts are everywhere, and when a woman is a flirt, you’re not sure if she’s clean or not,” Anuku said.
He added, “I thank God I don’t have any disease from whatever it is. It’s a bit too dirty for me now to go out with anyone over there, because everybody can come up and say, ‘I want to be an actress,’ because she knows somebody who is a producer. If a woman is clean, you would know.”

“I Have Never Won AMVCA” – Ramsey Nouah Speaks On His Award Setbacks.
Nollywood actor Ramsey Nouah has revealed that he has never won the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards (AMVCA), despite being nominated for the Best Actor category in 2016.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Nouah made the disclosure while speaking on the Curiosity Made Me Ask podcast.
The veteran actor said he was nominated for Best Actor in 2016 for his role in the movie 76. Other nominees in the category included veteran actors Richard Mofe-Damijo, popularly known as RMD, and Olu Jacobs.
According to Nouah, another actor eventually emerged as the winner, defeating all the other nominees in the category.
Recalling the voting process at the time, Nouah explained that the AMVCA was predominantly based on viewers’ votes, unlike the current system, which he said combines public voting with the input of a professional jury.
He noted that the previous voting structure tended to favour actors who had a stronger presence and following on social media.
“I never won an AMVCA. I was nominated for Best Actor in 76 and I lost. At the time, it was predominantly viewers’ choice. Now, you can have the balance of the jury and then the viewers,” Nouah said.
He added, “At that time, it was predominantly viewers, and the guy who was stronger on social media got it over us. The nominees were myself, RMD, Uncle Olu Jacobs, and the guy won over every one of us.”
