Cleric Predicts Coup Attempt And Governor’s Unexpected Ouster In 2026.

Published

on

A Nigerian cleric, Pastor Biodun Oladele, has issued a series of predictions for 2026, warning of potential political instability, economic fluctuations, and security challenges across the country. According to Pastor Oladele, the year is expected to be a “highly dramatic” period that could shape Nigeria’s future in unprecedented ways.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

In his prophetic declaration, Pastor Oladele suggested that a coup attempt may be planned, originating from the northern region, but divine intervention would prevent it from succeeding. He also predicted that a sitting governor could lose his position in an unexpected manner, describing the event as a signal that “God is changing times and seasons.” Another governor, he noted, may be forced to flee for safety, while a different state executive could face serious danger ahead of the 2027 elections.

The cleric warned that the President should remain cautious, claiming that certain individuals within government circles may act as fifth columnists seeking to undermine the administration.

On economic matters, Pastor Oladele described 2026 as likely to be financially challenging but said that strategic opportunities could create success for some Nigerians. He predicted that agriculture would provide prosperity despite rising food costs, while the naira may initially strengthen against the dollar before weakening between late February and March. He also warned of job losses in the banking sector, potential disruptions to online banking platforms, new online scams, and the exposure of large-scale oil fraud.

Addressing security and environmental concerns, Pastor Oladele foresaw unusual weather patterns, extreme heat, irregular rainfall, potential floods, and fire-related disasters. He also cautioned against a poisonous food product allegedly distributed by “northern enemies,” while assuring that believers would receive divine protection.

In the religious and entertainment sectors, the cleric predicted that genuine churches would be glorified while false ministries would be exposed. He noted that many young ministers may face spiritual attacks and could be replaced if distracted, and he called for prayers for prominent gospel ministers who might be involved in accidents or targeted for attacks.

Pastor Oladele also forecasted the deaths of a former head of state, a revered Christian leader, and a celebrated music icon whose influence would endure. On a more positive note, he predicted increased global demand for Nigerians abroad and greater international recognition of the Nigerian passport.

He concluded by urging Nigerians to remain prayerful and vigilant, emphasizing that his prophecies are intended as warnings and guidance rather than sources of fear.

This was contained in a statement issued on Wednesday by the party’s National Publicity Secretary, Ini Ememobong, in response to the latest development at the apex court.

A five-member panel of the court, led by Justice Mohammed Garba, announced that a date for the judgment would be communicated to the parties’ legal representatives.

Reacting to the development, Ememobong urged party members to remain calm and hopeful.

He noted that the Supreme Court has historically served as the final refuge for justice, expressing confidence that the judiciary would deliver a verdict that upholds multi-party democracy and prevents the emergence of a one-party system in Nigeria.

“The Court heard the appeals, with all parties adopting their respective processes, and thereafter reserved judgment to a date to be communicated to counsel.

“We urge all genuine and committed PDP members to remain steadfast in the belief that the apex court will deliver a judgment that safeguards multi-party democracy and averts any move toward a one-party state. The Supreme Court has, at different times in our democratic journey, stood as the last hope for Nigerians, even under intense pressure,” the statement read in part.
