According to Nivo News, popular TikTok content creator Elizabeth Amadou, widely known as Jarvis, has confirmed the end of her relationship with fellow influencer and livestreamer Hamzat Habeeb, also known as Peller. Jarvis made the confirmation during a live video shared online on Tuesday, as reactions continued to trail Peller’s hospitalisation after the incident on the Lekki‑Epe Expressway in Lagos. She expressed concern that the online ridicule surrounding the crash and their relationship was worsening an already painful situation.

Speaking emotionally, Jarvis urged social media users to stop directing negative comments at Peller, stressing that public mockery was unhelpful and damaging. She maintained that she had never portrayed him as a bad person and warned against using the incident to judge his character.

Jarvis explained that Peller’s struggles stem from difficulties with emotional regulation rather than ill intent, adding that he needs understanding and support rather than condemnation. She noted that while she is able to manage her emotions, Peller has found it more challenging, and called on people to join hands in helping him heal.

Confirming that they are no longer together, Jarvis said the decision to part ways was necessary and should not be interpreted as abandonment. She described Peller as kind-hearted and admitted that the relationship ending was not something she wanted, but said it had become unavoidable.

She emphasised that the focus should now be on Peller’s wellbeing rather than the status of their relationship, explaining that the separation was meant to create space for healing and self-improvement. Jarvis clarified that the breakup was not born out of hatred but from a need for calm and clarity.

Appealing once again to the public, she asked social media users to stop using their pain as a source of entertainment, urging them instead to offer encouragement and support. She admitted that the online reactions had intensified her emotional distress during the difficult period.

Jarvis further urged Nigerians to be grateful that no life was lost in the crash, stressing that wellbeing and recovery should take priority over gossip. She said that while she still cares deeply for Peller, both of them need time to be okay and regain stability.

The incident had earlier sparked widespread concern after Peller crashed his car during an Instagram livestream on the Lekki‑Epe Expressway. In the video, he was seen alone in his newly acquired Mercedes‑Benz, visibly emotional and distressed during a phone conversation believed to be with Jarvis amid rumours of a breakup.

During the livestream, Peller appeared agitated and made several alarming statements before the vehicle veered off the road and crashed into a stone barrier. Subsequent clips showed bystanders assisting him before he was taken to a hospital for treatment.
