In a heartfelt post shared on Instagram, the Jenifa’s Diary star admitted that she experiences normal human desires for affection, intimacy, and sexual connection, but consciously chooses to abstain in obedience to her faith and values.

According to Nivo News, Olayode stated that her decision to remain celibate is not because she lacks temptation, but because of her deep reverence for God and desire to honor Him above her personal desires.

“Sometimes, when people talk to me about sex or purity, I wonder if they think I don’t have blood flowing in my veins. It’s not that I don’t want to be touched, kissed, or have ‘hot sex,’ as some people say. It’s just that I love and honor God more, and I never want to hurt Him,” she expressed.

The actress further disclosed that her convictions often influence her professional choices, leading her to turn down film roles, business offers, and opportunities that conflict with her beliefs. She described these decisions as emotionally and financially challenging, admitting that she sometimes feels like a failure when others mock her for not featuring in high-profile productions.

“I’m not the holiest person, and I’m not without sin. But every day, I strive to choose God over my emotions, career, and money. It’s not easy rejecting roles, deals, or relationships, but I know what I stand for,” she stated.

Olayode also addressed public concerns about her love life, especially those who question if she will find a partner willing to wait until marriage. She reassured her fans that she remains confident in God’s plan, believing He will bless her with the right partner in due time.

“For those who worry about me finding a man who’ll wait till marriage, don’t worry. The God I know gives the best gifts. He’s always faithful,” she affirmed.

Reflecting on her journey, Olayode expressed gratitude for the strength to stay true to her values, noting that even when faced with uncertainty, she trusts that her purpose and destiny remain secure in divine hands.

“God brought me this far, and if tomorrow He leads me somewhere else, I’ll still be grateful. I know He’s a rewarder, and even if He doesn’t, nothing changes—I’ll keep trusting Him,” she concluded.

According to him, the administration has already begun implementing reforms in the power sector, including policy decisions and new legislative measures aimed at improving electricity supply.

He maintained that progress is ongoing and that the focus should be on what has been achieved so far rather than expectations for future electoral outcomes.

Bwala added that Nigerians will ultimately decide at the appropriate time whether the president deserves another term based on his overall performance.
