Senior Pastor of Life Bible Church, Akure, Ondo State, Moses Adaramola, has cautioned Nigerians against falsifying or using fake documents for international travel in a bid to secure visas or migrate abroad.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Speaking during an interview monitored by Nivo News, Adaramola, who is also the President of Harvest of Nations Ministry, expressed strong disapproval of the growing trend among Nigerians to obtain travel permits through illegal means.

He made the statement while reacting to a viral report claiming that a Nigerian pastor had been deported from Canada for falsifying travel documents. The cleric distanced himself from the story, condemning the use of his photograph to illustrate the report, which he described as false, misleading, and embarrassing.

According to Adaramola, Nigeria remains a nation blessed with immense potential despite its economic challenges. He urged citizens to avoid desperate measures when seeking opportunities abroad, stressing that those who travel through illegal or deceitful means often face hardship.

“As a man of God, I don’t believe in falsifying documents or telling lies just to travel to another country,” he said. “If you must go abroad, do it the right way and in accordance with the law. Don’t cut corners.”

He emphasized that migration should be a transparent and lawful process, warning that shortcuts often lead to greater problems. The cleric further noted that while economic hardship is a global issue, Nigerians should not resort to fraudulent acts in pursuit of a better life.

Pastor Adaramola also expressed shock over the use of his image in a misleading online publication alleging that he had been deported from Canada. He clarified that he had never been to Canada and did not possess a visa to the country.

“Someone called to tell me that a report was circulating online claiming I was deported from Canada and had tried to bribe the police. They even used my picture, but the name in the story wasn’t mine. I found it very embarrassing,” he lamented.

The 70-year-old cleric revealed that the false report surfaced while he was celebrating his milestone birthday, making the incident even more distressing. He insisted that he had no intention of relocating abroad, emphasizing that he had regularly visited the United States for over 15 years without ever applying for citizenship or asylum.

“For any report to portray me as someone seeking asylum through lies is totally false and unacceptable. I demand that all media outlets remove my photograph from such misleading stories and publish corrections,” he stated.

According to Nivo News, Adaramola reaffirmed his commitment to integrity and truth, urging Nigerians to uphold honesty in all pursuits, both at home and abroad.

“I Was Misled!” – Nafiu Bala Claims He Was Deceived Into ADC Handover Event.

on

A new dimension has been added to the leadership crisis within the African Democratic Congress (ADC), as factional figure Nafiu Bala has accused former party national chairman Ralph Nwosu of allegedly deceiving him into attending a major party gathering.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Speaking in an interview on AIT on Monday, Bala said he was invited under the impression that the meeting was a routine event meant to welcome new entrants into the party. However, he claimed he later discovered that the gathering was actually organised to unveil a new leadership structure reportedly headed by David Mark.

He explained that the true nature of the event only became clear after proceedings had already commenced, adding that it coincided with the resignation of Nwosu and the announcement of a new set of party executives.

According to Bala, the development represented a significant turning point in the internal crisis within the ADC, noting that the emergence of a leadership bloc associated with David Mark and other figures deepened existing divisions in the party.

Bala alleged that he was initially told the event was a simple adoption of new members, but later realized it was a formal handover involving the new coalition leadership. He also said that on the same day, Nwosu announced his resignation while unveiling new party officials, including names such as David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola.

He added that the situation further escalated tensions within the party, as different factions continued to contest control of the ADC structure.

Following the event, Bala said he moved to address the developments through internal party channels, including convening consultations and a National Executive Council meeting about a week later.

He further stated that after the consultations, he notified the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) of his position as deputy national chairman and declared himself acting national chairman of the party.

Bala also alleged that the crisis worsened after he discovered what he described as irregularities, including claims that his signature was forged on documents linked to the resignation of some party officials. He said the disputed documents were used to facilitate the emergence of a new leadership team.

He concluded by saying he had taken legal steps against the faction aligned with David Mark and also made his position public through media channels.

Reports indicate that the ADC in Adamawa has been experiencing deep divisions, with a bloc loyal to Binani recently announcing a mass resignation following a stakeholders’ meeting held at the residence of Hon. Mijiyewa Umaru Kugama.

In a communiqué issued after the meeting, the group, drawn from all three senatorial districts in the state, accused the party leadership of weakening internal democracy and violating key principles guiding party operations.
