This follows a recent escalation in their strained relationship, where Musk had publicly criticized Trump’s tax policies and engaged with posts referencing the former president’s impeachments—interactions he later deleted.

Trump, in response, issued a veiled warning last week, hinting that Musk’s companies could face a review of their federal contracts.

However, in a press briefing on Monday, Trump appeared to soften his position, saying, “Look, I wish him well. You understand? We had a good relationship, and I just wish him well.”
