Musk Softens Stance on Trump, Condemns Overreach: ‘They Crossed the Line'”
Billionaire entrepreneur and CEO of Tesla and SpaceX, Elon Musk, has expressed regret over his recent criticism of former U.S. President Donald Trump.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
According to reports, Musk made the admission in a post on X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday morning, suggesting a possible thaw in the tension between the two prominent figures.
“I regret some of my posts about President @realDonaldTrump last week. They went too far,” Musk stated in the brief message.
This follows a recent escalation in their strained relationship, where Musk had publicly criticized Trump’s tax policies and engaged with posts referencing the former president’s impeachments—interactions he later deleted.
Trump, in response, issued a veiled warning last week, hinting that Musk’s companies could face a review of their federal contracts.
However, in a press briefing on Monday, Trump appeared to soften his position, saying, “Look, I wish him well. You understand? We had a good relationship, and I just wish him well.”
Musk, who has previously hinted at forming a new political movement and claimed to have influenced Republican victories in recent elections, has not publicly addressed Trump’s latest comments.
