Fubara Urges Unity and Support for Tinubu in Uplifting Easter Message

The message, personally signed and titled “Renewed By The Resurrection: Advancing Peace, Unity and Good Governance,” was released from Port Harcourt on Saturday. Governor Fubara extended heartfelt Easter greetings, encouraging citizens to embrace the core values of Easter—hope, renewal, and compassion.

“As we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, I bring you warm Easter wishes,” the governor wrote. “This season calls for reconciliation and unity. It’s a time when the peace of Christ brings healing, mends broken relationships, and restores faith in better days.”

Highlighting the season as a symbol of hope, Fubara noted that it reminds us that adversity, hardship, or even death cannot overshadow the enduring love of God. “We remain victorious through Christ,” he stated, assuring the people of his continuous efforts toward improving governance and uplifting lives in Rivers State.

In his message, Governor Fubara also extended strong support to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, encouraging Rivers residents to align with the President’s Renewed Hope Agenda. “Let us support the visionary leadership of our dear President and look forward with hope,” he urged.

He further stressed that true progress can only be achieved through unity and collective will, noting, “The transformation we desire is within reach when we act together, in peace and shared purpose.”

Governor Fubara concluded by praying for peace, health, and renewed strength for all households across Rivers State and Nigeria. “May the Risen Christ bless every home with peace and love. Happy Easter to you all!” he said.
