Bauchi Schools to Resume on April 6 After Ramadan Break
The Bauchi State Government has officially announced the resumption date for schools following the five-week Ramadan break in 2025. The statement, signed by the Ministry’s Information and Public Relations Officer, Jalaludeen Usman, also warned against late arrivals, urging that schools will not tolerate delays in resumption.
The break, which began on March 1, 2025, for the Ramadan holiday, drew mixed reactions, with some religious organizations and civil groups raising concerns about the impact on the education system.
Furthermore, the Bauchi State Ministry of Education confirmed that it would soon begin JAMB CBT training for all sponsored students, aiming to equip them for success in their exams. Parents and guardians were reminded to ensure their children return on time to avoid any academic setbacks.
