In a post shared via , Ezekwesili questioned why Akpabio was actively blocking every chance for an impartial Senate inquiry into the allegations. She emphasized that the Senate, alongside Akpabio, has denied Akpoti-Uduaghan a fair hearing and the investigation she rightfully deserves.
Ezekwesili criticized the Senate for enabling such obstruction, which she believes violates their own rules, especially after the illegal suspension of Akpoti-Uduaghan. She stressed that this case should not be swept under the rug, calling for transparency, accountability, and due process.
Ezekwesili reiterated her belief that Akpoti-Uduaghan is not fighting this battle alone, emphasizing that justice must be served in order to uphold the integrity of Nigeria’s leadership.
