Nigerian Star Ademola Lookman Targets CAF Player Of The Year Victory
Ademola Lookman, the Nigerian winger for Atalanta, has expressed his excitement over being nominated for the 2024 CAF Men’s Player of the Year award. In an interview with Sky Sport Italia, Lookman shared his excitement, saying, “It’s an honor to be nominated for this prestigious award. Naturally, anyone nominated would want to win it. It’s a dream.” His nomination has raised expectations, especially after his compatriot Victor Osimhen won the award last year.
The award ceremony will take place on December 16, 2024, in Marrakech, Morocco, and fans in Nigeria are hopeful that Lookman will claim the prestigious title.
