The party outlined several reasons for the suspensions, which include:

Failure to consult adequately with critical stakeholders, poor mobilization efforts, and non-compliance with the party’s established principles and procedures.
In response to these developments, the Deputy State Chairman has been appointed to lead the party in an acting capacity, though the party has not clarified the duration of the suspensions or if formal disciplinary proceedings will follow.
Concurrently, the Kebbi State Government has suspended the Commissioner for Livestock Development and Fisheries, Kabir Alaramma, effective immediately. The Secretary to the State Government, Yakubu Bala-Tafida, issued the directive, which requires Alaramma to hand over all official documents and government property to the Permanent Secretary of the ministry. No official reason was provided for the commissioner’s suspension.
