“Policing is not a tea party; it is a very serious, physically and mentally demanding job,” Alabi remarked, stressing the importance of engagement with community and religious leaders to combat crime effectively.
He urged officers to intensify efforts to eliminate kidnapping and armed robbery incidents, emphasizing the need for strategic planning and diligent execution.
While acknowledging the positive outcomes of crime-fighting efforts in the South-West, Alabi cautioned against complacency and emphasized the importance of continual improvement.
