Responding to inquiries from fans on her Instagram page, Madame Mystique disclosed that she ended the relationship because she believed Asake was allowing himself to be influenced negatively, suggesting that he was succumbing to temptation.

Addressing a curious fan who questioned her decision to break Asake’s heart, Madame Mystique replied bluntly, stating that she couldn’t continue the relationship because Asake was allowing the “devil” to influence him.

In another response to a fan’s criticism, Madame Mystique defended Asake’s character, asserting that he is a man of faith and dismissing the notion that he was inherently malicious. She emphasized that she believed the devil was merely deceiving him.

The revelation comes after speculations arose about the status of their relationship, with reports circulating in March 2024 suggesting that they had parted ways.

Asake Opens Up About Relationship Struggles

In a separate revelation, Asake himself shared insights into his past relationship challenges, disclosing that he ended a previous relationship upon achieving fame.

The renowned musician recounted an incident where he generously gifted his girlfriend a significant sum of money from his music earnings, only to be met with rejection. Despite his girlfriend’s humble background, she deemed the amount insufficient compared to his wealth.

Asake confided in his colleague Olamide, who advised him to end the relationship and redirect the money to his mother. Following Olamide’s counsel, Asake gave the money to his mother, enabling her to establish a successful business and achieve financial independence.

Reflecting on his decision, Asake expressed gratitude for the support and guidance he received, acknowledging that it ultimately benefited both him and his mother.

The revelations from both Madame Mystique and Asake offer a glimpse into the complexities of relationships, highlighting the challenges and sacrifices often encountered on the journey to success.

Lola Idije Sends Message To Single Women, Says Some May Not Marry Until 50.

Veteran Nollywood actress Toyin Afolayan, popularly known as Lola Idije, has urged society to stop pressuring women to get married at an early age.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

The actress stated that some women may not find their life partners until they are 40 or 50 years old, stressing that marriage should not be treated as a race.

She also appealed to people to stop judging women who raise children without husbands, noting that some become single mothers because of circumstances beyond their control.

Idije made these remarks during an appearance on the Africanlist Podcast.

According to her, not every woman has a husband to support her in raising children, leaving some to shoulder the responsibility of caring for their families alone.

She explained that becoming a single mother does not necessarily mean a woman made a wrong choice, as life can place people in situations they never anticipated.

The actress further questioned the wisdom of pressuring women to marry in their twenties, warning that such pressure could push some into choosing the wrong partners.

She said: “Not everybody will have a husband to help them raise their children. So women have to carry their burden alone. Not all of them choose that life. But if you start pressuring them at 20, how can you be sure that they won’t marry the wrong person? When women start giving birth, they become softer.”
