In an Instagram post, Edochie emphasized the urgent need for tangible aid, stating that many individuals facing real-life challenges require immediate financial support rather than spiritual intervention.

“Many people don’t need prayers, they just need money. Give people money whenever you can. Lots of people need help,” he urged his followers.

While Edochie’s perspective resonated with some, sparking a conversation on the efficacy of prayer versus tangible support, others voiced dissenting opinions in the comments section.

Despite the diverse reactions, Edochie’s message underscores a pressing societal issue, prompting reflection on the role of both prayer and practical assistance in addressing the needs of individuals facing hardships.

As the debate continues to unfold, Edochie’s advocacy for tangible help serves as a catalyst for dialogue and introspection, highlighting the importance of empathy and action in fostering positive change within communities.

Through his thought-provoking post, Edochie ignites a discourse on the intersection of faith and practical aid, challenging societal norms and prompting a reevaluation of traditional approaches to addressing societal challenges.

Not Hanging Up the Gloves Yet! Anthony Joshua Fires Warning Shot To Heavyweight Division With Major Career Extension.

According to Matchroom chairman Barry Hearn, Anthony Joshua is weighing a three-year extension to his boxing career following a shift in perspective.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Just a year after promoter Eddie Hearn hinted that 2026 might mark Joshua’s retirement, the former two-time heavyweight champion is rethinking his timeline. This change follows a challenging period that included a tragic car accident in Nigeria which claimed the lives of two close friends. Although Joshua sustained minor injuries, the incident led him to step away briefly to mourn before returning to the gym.

Naija News notes that the 36-year-old made his comeback with a December knockout win over YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul. He was also scheduled to fight kickboxing star Rico Verhoeven in February, though the accident caused that bout to be postponed.

Currently, Joshua is gearing up to face Albanian heavyweight Kristian Prenga in Saudi Arabia on Saturday, just a day after Tyson Fury takes on Polish veteran Mariusz Wach in Thailand. If both fighters win their matches without issue, talks are already underway for a potential all-British showdown between Joshua and Fury in November.

While the anticipated Fury bout was widely thought to be Joshua’s swan song, Barry Hearn feels the former world champion has regained his long-term drive.

“Anthony Joshua is in an amazing place at the moment,” Hearn shared with Sky Sports.

“Obviously I’ve seen him since 2012, we got very close. He’s like a member of our family really.”

“I don’t think I’ve seen him so motivated for the long term.”

“As I say, some of that has been fuelled by that tragic accident, but he’s now talking about the next three years in the ring.”

“It was a year ago we were talking about potentially two fights and then go off to a happy retirement.”

“He’s very motivated, he feels good about himself, but boxing is a funny sport. It takes one decent punch from a big lad to knock out anyone in the world.”
