Recalling his early days, Ayolola reminisced, “I always knew I could act. I had this mentality that as a stage performer, I was acting as well.” Despite this innate talent, he hesitated to pursue acting until circumstances forced his hand. “The decision didn’t come until I was so broke and so hungry,” he confessed.

Ayolola painted a vivid picture of his struggles, describing a period of financial hardship where he struggled to put food on the table. “Not hungry for success, I was physically hungry for days,” he lamented. “I was borrowing from here to pay for this and borrowing from there to pay for that. It was a mess.”

However, adversity proved to be the catalyst for his transformation. Faced with the harsh realities of life, Ayolola found the courage to pursue his passion. “I wasn’t smart enough at the time to convert the things I had at the time into sustainability financially,” he admitted. “So I was bored, broke, and hungry.”

Yet, from the depths of despair emerged a newfound determination. Ayolola’s decision to venture into acting not only provided him with a creative outlet but also paved the way for his ascent to stardom in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
