President Bola Tinubu has concluded his participation in the 37th African Union (AU) Summit held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and arrived back in Abuja………CONTINUE READING

Departing from Addis Ababa earlier on Monday morning, President Tinubu’s flight landed in Abuja around 3:40 pm in the afternoon.

During his stay in Ethiopia, the Nigerian leader actively engaged in various activities, including the 44th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council, bilateral meetings, and other sideline events of the AU summit.

President Tinubu was part of high-level discussions concerning institutional reforms within the African Union, peace and security matters, and thematic issues such as climate change. Additionally, he participated in deliberations on the G20’s involvement and the priorities of the continental body.

Accompanied by several ministers and top government officials, President Tinubu spent three days in the East African country, contributing to the discussions centered around this year’s summit theme: ‘Educate an African fit for the 21st Century: Building resilient education systems for increased access to inclusive, lifelong, quality, and relevant learning in Africa.’
