The squad reconvened at the Bako Kontagora Stadium on Saturday, signaling the start of their training regime.

Overseen by caretaker coach Majin Mohammed and his team of technical assistants, the players engaged in rigorous training sessions.

Niger Tornadoes recently participated in a friendly tour of Abuja, where they contested test matches against Sporting Supreme, City FC, and Green Lock FC.

Results from the matches included a victory, a draw, and a loss, providing valuable insights for the team.

Their next challenge awaits against Katsina United as the NPFL’s second phase resumes action.

Scheduled to recommence on February 16, the second phase promises to bring new tests and opportunities for Niger Tornadoes.
