The defendant faced charges before Justice Adeniyi Familoni on November 5, 2021, involving one count of murder. The accusation outlined that on April 9, 2021, at Ikogosi within the jurisdiction of the court, Arowolo Sunday unlawfully caused the death of Arowolo Dare, violating Section 391 (1) of the Criminal Code Law, Cap C16, Laws of Ekiti State, 2012.

In delivering the judgement, Justice Adeniyi Familoni stated, “Upon the totality of the evidence presented by the prosecutor, I am satisfied that the prosecution has adequately proven the elements of the alleged murder of Arowolo Dare against the defendant beyond reasonable doubt.”

The toolkit was designed to create counterfeit Microsoft login pages capable of harvesting user credentials and unlawfully accessing corporate, financial, and educational email platforms.
