The recovery led to the arrest and subsequent court charges of Mr. Ibu’s son, Onyebuchi Okafor, and his lover, Jasmine Okekeagwu, on charges of conspiracy and stealing. The arrest and charges followed a petition from Diamond Waves Law, representing Mr. Ibu’s wife, Stella Maris Okafor. The petition alleged that Mr.
