We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. We, the undersigned, represent the collective voice of Edo Amalgamated Youths for Progress, a coalition of nine dynamic youth development groups across the three senatorial districts of our great state.

We write to you today with a shared sense of purpose and an unwavering commitment to the ideals of progress, youth empowerment, and effective governance within our beloved Edo State. In light of the upcoming gubernatorial election, we believe it is imperative to convey our collective stance on the most suitable candidate to represent the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the race for the governorship seat.

After careful consideration and extensive deliberation, our unified decision is unequivocally in favor of Hon. Dennis Idahosa as the APC consensus candidate for the Edo State governorship. We firmly believe that Hon. Dennis Idahosa possesses the qualities, dedication, and commitment required to lead our state towards a brighter and more prosperous future.

Our reasons for endorsing Hon. Dennis Idahosa are rooted in his steadfast dedication to the interests of the youth in Edo State. His track record of public service speaks volumes about his competency and capacity to address the challenges facing our generation. We are confident that under his leadership, our concerns, aspirations, and dreams as young people will be given the attention they deserve.

While our preference is clear, we want to emphasize our commitment to the democratic principles that our great party, the APC, upholds. However, we kindly urge the party leadership to consider the overwhelming voice of the youth in this matter. Failing to field Hon. Dennis Idahosa as the APC gubernatorial flag bearer may, regrettably, lead us to explore alternative options at the general election.

We appreciate your attention to this matter and anticipate a positive response that aligns with the wishes and aspirations of the youth in Edo State.

Yours sincerely,
