Ihunwo emphasized that the rally was not sponsored by the Rivers State Government to undermine the President, contrary to insinuations. He conveyed the youth’s unreserved apology to President Tinubu, acknowledging the possibility of making an unguarded speech during their solidarity walk for the governor.
In a show of solidarity with Governor Fubara, the youth reiterated their commitment to supporting his stance that no price is too much to pay for restoring peace in the state. Ihunwo commended Tinubu for his intervention in the peaceful resolution of political crises in Rivers State and assured him of the youth’s total support in maintaining peace.
