The Nigerian Super Falcons are set to kick off their training camp in Mohammedia, Morocco, on Wednesday, July 15, to accelerate preparations for the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON). After spending a week in Mohammedia, the team, currently nine-time African champions, will relocate to Rabat for their Group C matches. Following two friendly wins against Senegal last month—which provided valuable final assessments for the coaching staff—the Super Falcons are preparing to contend for a record-extending 11th WAFCON title. Their Group C schedule is as follows:

  • Malawi: The campaign begins on Tuesday, July 28, at the Al Madina Stadium in Rabat.

  • Zambia: The team faces Zambia on Saturday, August 1, at the same venue for a highly anticipated matchup.

  • Egypt: The group stage concludes on Wednesday, August 5, against Egypt at the Olympic Stadium in Rabat.

The top two teams from each group will advance to the quarter-finals, where the Super Falcons will look to successfully defend their continental crown.
