Calabar Gripped By Fear As Reports Of Missing Male Organs Spread

Calabar Gripped By Fear As Reports Of Missing Male Organs Spread....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Multiple reports have emerged regarding the disappearance of male reproductive organs in various parts of Calabar, leading to heightened apprehension and anxiety within the city.
Within the last two weeks, there have been numerous instances where male residents have reported the vanishing of their reproductive organs following physical contact, such as handshakes or body contact with strangers. These incidents have reportedly numbered over ten, with some victims having their organs returned by the perpetrators, while others remain without restoration.
Chibuike, a spare parts dealer, shared that recently, one of these organs was allegedly sold for six hundred thousand naira. However, due to market dynamics and increased demand, the price has surged to one million naira per organ. Chibuike suspects that these organs are being used for ritual purposes to generate wealth, and he warns that more people will likely become victims unless authorities take decisive action to address this alarming trend in the city.
In response to the growing fear, individuals are now resorting to protective measures, such as carrying bitter kola in their pockets or securing their private organs tightly while navigating the streets or traveling in public vehicles.
Reports of organ disappearances have surfaced in various locations throughout the city, including Atimbo, Ekpo Abasi, 8 Miles, Watt Market, Atakpa street, and other areas. One resident, Blessing Ngi, recounted an incident in her neighborhood, State Avenue by Afokang, where someone lost their penis, and the perpetrator only returned it after a severe confrontation.
Contradicting these accounts, Ms. Irene Ugbo, the spokesperson for the Cross River Police Command, emphatically denied the existence of such thefts involving private parts within the city. She urged people to disregard the rumors, inviting anyone who claimed to have experienced such theft to come forward for a medical examination. Ms. Ugbo emphasized that the public should continue with their daily routines without undue concern.
